In this interactive session, we will explore the collaborative efforts of the Maryland Court Help Centers and the United Way of Central Maryland to efficiently disburse federal rental assistance funds to tenants facing eviction via the Maryland Justice Passport. Attendees will experience a simulation of traditional referral systems, identify bottlenecks and brainstorm innovative solutions. We'll go beyond theory and actively engage the audience to experience traditional referral systems firsthand and identify ways partnerships and technology can enhance and streamline those systems. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own intake and/or triage challenges to workshop how they can be dramatically improved. A2J Tech CEO, Joseph Schieffer, will be a panelist.
