Join this session and learn about new and innovative ways three legal aid programs are addressing common frustrations in intake, while improving access to services and the client experience. The panelists will share with attendees their experience in creating and implementing the ways their organizations have tackled the intake challenge. The panelists will share innovations including multi-tiered scheduling systems for intake calls, client portals, new platforms and other intake innovations that are making it better and easier for clients in their service areas to apply for help.
