The applicant will support our efforts in document automation across multiple legal practice areas, including but not limited to Family Law, Housing Law, and Expungement Law. They may also be involved in learning and implementing integrations between case management systems and document automation platforms to streamline workflow processes.

Responsibilities

● Document automation of Word and PDF documents;

● Quality assurance testing of created automations;

● Reporting progress updates to the Project Manager;

● Collaborating with a tight-knit, communicative team in both group settings and one-on-one;

Document automation or coding experience is not required, but a great plus! We will provide you with all of the training and tools you need; all you need to have is a willingness to learn and a passion for access to justice.

Skills and Qualifications

● Experience with automating templates on Gavel, Docassemble, Formstack, or Clio Draft is preferred but not required

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace office management tools required

● Strong communication, listening, and multi-tasking skills

● Ability to quickly learn different software platforms and technologies

● Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced, remote-based team environment to complete assignments

● Ability to be flexible and accommodating in work assignments

We can accommodate a range of hours, from part-time to full-time. Please note that while we do work completely remotely and accommodate a range of time zones across the United States, we do expect team members to respond in a timely manner during our regular business hours.
